EDWARD AZRIA

Edward Azria has been a New York City resident for over 25 years. Since 1999, gaining valuable professional experience in various facets of real estate, from general brokerage and relocations, to on-site sales and management of new and repositioned multi-residential developments.

As principal of EAC, Edward oversees a small team of professionals and collaborates with architects, designers, contractors and decorators. His creative vision combined with his real estate expertise ensures individuals and Condominium & Co-op boards are constructing residential environments that resonate with their own lifestyle and/or portfolios, while at the same time have a timeless, sophisticated aesthetic and high-quality execution for future occupants.

Edward’s accomplishments in marketing and selling residential developments have been honed through directorship positions at The Marketing Directors, Rose Associates and Stonehenge. Projects that he has worked on set new benchmarks and established new trends in the market, demonstrating his ability to anticipate and influence the market. These include: ORO Condominium in Brooklyn, 139 Wooster Street in SoHo, 1600 Broadway on The Square in Times Square, and The Anthem in Murray Hill. Additionally, his aptitude to listen to has served a diverse clientele of renters, buyers, sellers, developers and investors in creating remarkable sales and living environments.

Edward graduated from City University of New York, Hunter College with a Bachelors in History. He has completed Construction Management courses at New York University, School of Continuing Education. In his spare time he is an avid reader and skier, and has recently started taking flight lessons to renew his pilot’s license. He is increasingly interested in architecture and design that integrates nature.

EAC is a real estate consulting and project management firm in New York City. Working between owners and agents, design teams and contractors, the growing firm advises developers, Condo and Co-Op boards, landlords and individual homeowners across all phases of their projects—from the initial purchase through design, construction and post-occupancy management, on an individual scale. As a valuable independent service provider, EAC leverages its expertise in real estate, design, marketing and communication to achieve clients’ goals and maximize their benefits.

GEMMA CATERINI

After several years of working as an independent legal and business development consultant in Rome and in the United States, in early 2018, Gemma joined Edward Azria Consulting as Vice President for South Florida.

One of the most competitive and well known holdings, consulting for public administrations, private entities and home owners for the design, implementation and evaluation of investment programs, was Gemma’s principal client in Rome. The client also cooperated at several EU sponsored real estate public projects which created collaborations with internationally recognized designers. As the general consultant of the international legal department Gemma worked in several countries and languages, Rome and Bucharest most frequently, she also oversaw the start-up of two subsidiaries of the holding headquartered in Rome.

Gemma also provided services such as: project management as well as property and asset management. Gemma has made her home in Miami and after working for one of the oldest and well known law firms in Miami, Salussolia & Associates she has decided to join Edward Azria Consulting to bring the personal service touches EAC provides to the South Florida Market.

Having been introduced to the US real estate market in Miami, closing procedures, maintenance and property management, she brings of wealth of procedural and customer service knowledge to EAC. American born, Gemma was raised and educated in Rome, graduating with honors from “La Sapienza” Law school in Rome. Gemma A. Caterini is a member of the Italian Bar Association, Rome, and a licensed Real Estate Sales Person licensed in Florida.

ALEXANDER CUNNIFF

Alexander Cunniff, a recent graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in Psychology and Business, started with EAC in 2016. He transitioned from the financial sector to follow his passion for real estate, design and project management.

For the past year he has undertaken a wide range of responsibility to help facilitate the growth of the company and to ensure that all the projects EAC is working on are handled seamlessly.
